What to send, and when
There is no wrong way to show you care, but these are the traditions most families expect. Use them as a guide, not a rule.

Sending to the family’s home instead of the service? A vase or basket arrangement is usually the most welcome. It can stay with them after the service is over.
Sending to a funeral home
Tell us which funeral home or church, the service date and time, the name of the person being remembered, and how you want the card signed. We handle the timing with the venue so everything is in place before the service begins.
Cremation and memorial services
Urn surrounds and photo tributes are designed to sit on a table around an urn or a favorite photograph. The urn is not included. We will ask for its size if it helps the design.
Service collections
A coordinated set, with the casket spray, standing pieces and table flowers in one color story, so everything at the service belongs together. Choose the pieces you need from each collection.

Questions families ask
How soon can you deliver for a service?
Sprays and standing sprays need 2 days’ notice. Other arrangements ordered by 12:00 pm Central can be delivered the same day, when we are open. For a service tomorrow morning, order today so we can deliver in plenty of time.
Can I send flowers if I cannot attend?
Yes. Flowers are a meaningful way to be present. We will add your name and message to the card exactly as you write it.
What if I do not know the service details yet?
Give us what you know and call us with the rest when you have it. We can also call the funeral home for you.
