What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone and billing address, the recipient’s name, phone and delivery address, and the details you give us about the delivery or service, including the card message. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your order, contact you or the recipient about it, answer your questions, and keep the records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (to take payment), our email provider (to send order confirmations), and, if you choose, text-message services used to contact you. Delivery details are shared with the venue receiving the flowers only as needed to deliver them.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout. If we use visitor statistics (Google Analytics), they are only switched on after you accept, and you can say no.
