How do I place an order?
Call us at (281) 593-9532 and we will take your order over the phone. Online ordering is coming soon.
What is the cutoff for same-day delivery?
Orders placed by 12:00 pm Central can be delivered the same day on days we are open. Sprays and standing sprays need 2 days’ notice. We are closed Sundays and holidays.
Do you deliver to my address?
Use the “Do we deliver to you?” ZIP checker at the top of any page. If you are just outside our area, call us. We can often still help.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose store pickup at checkout and pick a date. We will have it ready for you.
What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe and Premium?
The photo shows our Standard design. Deluxe and Premium use more flowers for a fuller, larger piece in the same style and colors.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
We match the style, colors and size as closely as we can. Flowers are seasonal, so a bloom may occasionally be swapped for one of equal or greater value. See our substitution policy.
What should I write on the card?
Something short and sincere is always right. At checkout you can tap a suggested message or write your own.
Can I send flowers to the family’s home instead of the service?
Yes. A vase or basket arrangement is a thoughtful choice for a home, and it can stay with the family after the service.
Can I ask for a specific color?
Yes. Choose the closest color group, then write the exact shade in the color box at checkout, for example “please use peach instead of orange”. Or call us.
Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes. See our wedding flowers page, or call us with your date and colors.
Is the urn included with urn surrounds?
No. Urn surrounds are designed to frame the family’s urn, which is not included.
Do you have a discount for first responders and military?
Yes. First responders and military get 10% off. Just let us know when you call.
